Jonas Blixt

For years Nässjö was known as a hard-working Swedish town with lovely lakes and a knack for building good chairs. Then Jonas Blixt came along and Nässjö was on the map for a whole new set of reasons—reasons called 'pitching,' ‘'hipping,' and ‘putting.'

Cobra Golf ambassador Blixt heads into the 2011 Nationwide Tour with a mean short game and full-time status. He attended Florida State University where he was a 2-time NCAA All-American and 4-time ACC Academic All-American before joining the tour in 2009 and earning several top 10 finishes. In his down time, Blixt can be found vacationing in Italy, cheering for his beloved ice hockey teams – the Detroit Red Wings and Färjestad BK – and catching up on the television series “Entourage.”
