Tomáš Rosický

If football is an art form, then Czech player Tomáš Rosický is well on his way to mastering it. Dubbed “Little Mozart” for his unrivalled orchestration in the midfield and his great capacity to organize and see the game, he began his career in Sparta Prague at only 17. He won three Czech Leagues in 1999, 2000, and 2001 before joining Borussia Dortmund in 2001. In yellow, he quickly became a critical team player and played an important role in securing the 2002 Bundesliga win. In 2006 he joined Arsenal, but was sidelined by injury over the next few years. His comeback in 2010 proved that he is as strong and clever as ever. Rosický is also part of the Czech Republic National Team, and has been captain since 2006. Whenever Rosický has down time, he can be found playing ice hockey, watching American football, and playing the guitar.
