What does a fitness lifestyle mean to you?

Are “stop,” “quit,” and “give up” not in your vocabulary? If you’re nodding your head right now, chances are, you’re living a fitness lifestyle. But what does that mean?

Well, a fitness lifestyle can mean different things to different people, but what it doesn’t mean is just doing it to get it done. Whatever exercises or activities you do, you do them out of desire. Even if you can’t make it to the gym, you still find ways to make your workouts work. Whether it’s incline pushups on a park bench, sprints up long stretches of city steps, or rolling out your yoga mat wherever you can – your day just isn’t complete without your fitness fix. Simply put, a fitness lifestyle means styling your life toward fitness, but still, the style itself is all your own.
