Gio has had a very successful South African sevens and Springbok career and is a huge asset to the Western province Stormers squad. A versatile backline player, Gio is a strong, elusive runner and is more than capable of sensing a gap and making a break. The lightning quick fullback has speed and agility on his side and few can match him for pace. Gio provides cover at fullback and at wing.
