Usain Bolt won the Jamaica International Invitational in the fourth-fastest time ever, just .37 seconds off the world record of 19.19 that he set last year in the world championships in Berlin.The Olympic star also ran a 19.30 in the Beijing Olympics, and has run 19.57 twice. Michael Johnson has the third-best time at 19.32.
Bolt said the victory "puts me in a good stand for the season because I'm about 95 percent. I still have a lot of work to do.?
Bolt was pleased with his winning time, but warned fans not to expect any world record runs this season.
"I just went out there to see where I'm at and to get my confidence. I'm not trying to break any record this year but I had to come out here and put on a show for Jamaica because I missed last year's meet. I'm looking forward to this season's races ... it should be a very nice year, showdown after showdown.?
American Wallace Spearmon was second in 19.98.

Usain Bolt blazed in a blistering 19.56 seconds to win the men?s 200 in Kingston on Saturday, May 1. He bolted the first 100m in 10.10 seconds and then covered the final 100m in sub-9.50, bringing the stadium to their feet. Faster is funner!
