Up for the Cup

Arsenal fans will agree that it’s been a topsy turvy couple of weeks for the Gunners who drew with League One outfit Leyton Orient having defeated the mighty Barcelona only days earlier. These unexpected results have got us thinking about the biggest cup upsets. There’s something magical about the cup and sometimes David does beat Goliath, or at least snatch a draw!

Who can forget Real Madrid being humbled 4-0 in the Copa del by Third divison Alcorcon or amateur side Calais who with a team of teachers, dock workers and office clerks reached the French Cup final in 2000?
