That's great idea ! puma it's a brand super fashionable now doing your own custom shoes...more!!!! it's like if you are getting your new ferrari and you are choosing the color of the paint, leather color etc... That's awesome that's my favorite brand... I can't wear any other brand...

I purchased a pair of white casual shoes from sale at Nehru Sidhant Kendra Ludhiana on 22.8.2011.Within one month minor cracks have started appearing on top which shattered my faith in International Super Brand

I bought a cap from Puma store 10 days back and i found that threads are broken. I went to the store and they are refusing to exchange the cap. I don't Why i spent 500 bucks for this stupid brand , when they don care for their customer. I request you all to see the product before buying form this brand. Reebok/Nike are much better in this type of issues.. .

My 2 sons are reqular customers and loyal customers who have bought shoes, T-shirts, Shirts, bags, watches etc..(mostly from the DLF Promenadu, Vasant Kunj outlet). But I had a very bad experience with the Watch purchased. Soon after its purchase it strap got disjoined and we were unable to give it sooner for repair. We have submitted it along with the warranty certificate to the store, Watch # 910471003 on 5/8/2012. Till date we have never been kept posted on the status, we have made 3 wasted visits to collect the repaired watch but till date haven't heard back. If you value your customer then Request you to PLEASE replace the watch with a new one to compensate for the distress and for not honouring your warranty promise.
