Ferrari launches its 2012 F1 car
February 03, 2012While Fernando Alonso and Felipe Massa focused on their warm-weather training in Lanzarote earlier this week, Ferrari headquarters in Maranello was deluged by snow. With the all-important unveiling of the F2012 scheduled to take place today, the Ferrari drivers had to leave their training canoes on the beach and after flying to Italy, take specially-prepared Grand Cherokke SRT8 Jeeps to make the snow-bound journey to the factory.

Eddie Jordan: São Paulo Preview
November 25, 2011Whenever I think of Interlagos I think back to 2003, when Giancarlo Fisichella won the Brazilian Grand Prix for Jordan Grand Prix. That race was so typical of the sort of dramas we have come to expect from this race: There was a massive smash in pouring rain, and the race was red-flagged.

Eddie Jordan: New Delhi Preview
October 28, 2011Having visited India a few times on sponsor search missions as a team owner, I was really looking forward to returning here for the first Indian Grand Prix. During those visits I grew to love this place, and believe we can learn so much from the attitude of the people – many of them lead unbelievably hard lives, yet their eyes radiate a peace that is simply unique.

Korean Grand Prix: The PUMA Perspective
October 17, 2011Having won in Korea last year, Fernando Alonso and PUMA’s partner team Scuderia Ferrari arrived in the Asian country for the second Korean Grand Prix with high hopes for a strong result, particularly as the combination had finished a close second in the previous week’s Japanese Grand Prix.

Eddie Jordan: Yeongam Preview
October 14, 2011This seems to be a week of congratulations: Since I last blogged from Suzuka, Sebastian Vettel and Red Bull Racing have secured a second consecutive world drivers’ championship, and equally significantly – certainly from my own perspective - is that PUMA has announced a new partnership with MERCEDES GP PETRONAS and Michael Schumacher.
