Limited Warranty

Your PUMA watch is warranted to the original consumer only, for two full years, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty excludes the battery wear to the case and strap or bracelet. Our original obligations and options under this warranty are limited solely to replacing the watch with the same style or a style of comparable value to the extent that we, at our sole discretion, consider that it is not practical to repair the watch. All implied warranties, including that of merchantability, are limited to two years. PUMA Time is not liable for incidental or consequential damages for failure or malfunction of the product and any recovery may not be greater than the purchase price paid for this product. Nothing in this guarantee is intended to diminish in any way specific legal rights which may vary from state to state (in USA) or the purchaser’s right under the sale of goods act.

General Care Information

Battery replacement: Watches that require replacement batteries should be done by a qualified watch technician that has been trained and is properly equipped, in order to maintain the watches’ water resistance by seating the “O” rings and replacing the back plate properly.

Wrist watches and batteries are not to be disposed into the waste bin.

  • Models with metal bands and polyurethane straps (excluding combinations with leather) can be cleaned normally by using soap and little bit of water.
  • Models with leather straps can be cleaned with a Q-tip and a soft cloth.
  • It is recommended not to get the leather strap wet. Exposing leather to water can cause premature wear and deterioration.
  • Always have crystal or crown replaced at once when damaged to prevent exposure to dust or humidity.
